A rapidly expanding boutique style advisory company in SE Asia-, part of a larger group which holds multi-jurisdictional licenses in Jersey, the UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, & UK. — is seeking experienced international financial advisers to join their growing regional network.
Their clientele is primarily expatriates in Asia seeking expert guidance in wealth creation, wealth preservation, international pensions, cashflow forecasting and cross-border structuring.
The principal leading this new operation is a highly respected UK Chartered Financial Planner who previously spent many years with one of Southeast Asia’s most admired expatriate advisory groups — well known for developing exceptional advisers. That firm was a close, longstanding client of mine, and coincidentally, it is also where I was first offered an international advisory position back in 2010. For a long time, they were the benchmark for quality and integrity within the SE Asia region.
When that business was recently absorbed into a new UAE ownership structure, the culture shifted dramatically. Many of the senior professionals — unwilling to become part of what seems like a more sales-driven operation — opted instead to follow my client into a new enterprise where standards, ethics, and quality advice remain paramount.
